24-Hour Emergency Shelter for Women & Children

24 hour emergency shelter for women and women with children. Women and Children may stay longer than 60 days but must enroll in either our Case Management program or our Drug and Alcohol Recovery program.

All services are provided free-of-charge by the caring people of Tri-Cities. Open 365 days a year. For the safety of others, our shelters maintain a no-alcohol/ no-drug policy.
